What authorization is required to EXTEND rules for a Quality Profile

Under SonarQube Project Settings Permissions I have all boxes check.

I don’t get the options to ‘Extend’ or ‘Copy’ the Quality Profile with my custom rules.

I created a custom rules plugin but it has not been installed.

I am not a SonarQube Server Administrator.

Do I need ‘enhanced’ authority to get the ‘Extend’ option?

Is the ‘Extend’ option not listed because no ‘custom rules’ plugins exist?

Tell me what needs to be done.

Hey @abradbard, the permission that governs the creation (and therefore, also extension) of quality profiles is “Administer Quality Profiles”. It’s a global permission.
