Warning prompt after upgrading to 2026.1.0

Hi Team ,

After upgrading to 2026.1.0 from 2025.1.4 , we have started getting the warning when we are accessing administration tab .

Warning Prompt Message: “The license installed doesn’t include support“

why it is displaying on UI again and again?

In earlier versions we have never observed this warning propmt….whats wrong here?

nothing shows up in logs regarding these warnings which are getting triggered after accessing Administration tab . Kindly check and let us know .

SONAR-27154 Accessing the instance administration menu without support included in the license triggers an error

It’s currently slated to be fixed in 2026.3. I’m hoping to get it added to the next LTA patch.

It’s currently scheduled only for 2026.3, but I’ve pinged the PM asking that it also be backported to 2026.1.3.

Yes, this should make it into a LTA patch. I don’t have a timeline for that, though.
