I’m getting this warning message on scan. I’ve tried 5.4 and latest 5.13, with the same result.

What version of SonarQube are you using (it should be in the footer of your SonarQube instance)

Your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:
9.2.4 → 9.9 → 10.0 (last step optional)
