Verification Email Not Received When Creating Account via Azure DevOps

Hi there,

I’m trying to create a SonarCloud account using my Azure DevOps identity.

The account creation process completes, but I never receive the verification email containing the token to confirm my email address.

Details:

  • Sign-up method: Azure DevOps integration

  • Expected behavior: Receive an email with a verification token

  • Actual behavior: No email is sent (checked inbox, spam, and quarantine folders)

  • Tried multiple times, same result

  • No errors are shown on the SonarCloud UI during registration

Could you please investigate this issue or manually verify my account?

Your email was initially bounced on our mail server and ended up in the bounce list.
