User not provisioning from bitbucket

We are returning to SonarCLoud after using SonarQube for a while. The account has been upgraded back to Enterprise from Community.

We use bitbucket as the authentication provider.

One of the features added in the interim has been the ability to bind an organisation to the DevOps source.

Normally when a user logs in with bitbucket they are added to the SonarCloud instance and then I can grant privileges etc. Now this does not seem to be happening. From the user perspective they can see the organisation etc but obviously they don’t have any privileges but I (as the admin) can’t see their account.

The catch-22 is the user I am trying to add is the bitbucket admin so he can bind the organisation.

Older users from the previous use of SonarCloud are there.

Thoughts ?

Hey there.

Because of the ongoing AWS outage in the US, Bitbucket login is not working. We expect the issue to be resolved once that outage is finished.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Colin

Thanks for the information - this pre-dates the AWS DynamoDB outage but it may have been an early failure. Once its fully resolved I check if that was the issue and update here.
