User getting the error "you cain't sign up because login XXX is already used by an existing user"

  • Error observed: You're not authorized to access this page. Reason: You can't sign up because login 'rmukhammadaliyev' is already used by an existing user.
  • Steps to reproduce: User tried to sign up using GitHub and got the error

Basically, the user is in the GitHub Org as owner and since the beginning, he didn’t change anything about his credentials or something like that.

He is not on our SonarCloud member list as well

Hello @vhsantos26 can you try to login again with the user rmukhammadaliyev and let me know if there are any issues?
