Unable to update python plugin 2.9

I try to update the SonarPython plugin from 2.8 to 2.9. Sonar shows me that there is a new Version. But i can only uninstall this plugin:

I use SonarQubeServer version 7.9.2

Hi there!

Orange indicates a system update is required. The latest version of our Python analyzer is compatible with SonarQube 8.3+
