Unable to read 20215.3 Logs - Not in Text format

I’m unable to read the log files from the new Download Logs feature in 2025.3 See below the format the logs appear as when opened in notepad. I assume some other tool beside notepad is needed. Can someone help out here? Thank you. I determined they are in JSON format… I was able to easily read using a JSON tool. Thanks all.
