Unable to export Issue in sonarqube enterprise edition

I am using SoanrQube Enterprise edition and cannot export Issues as csv.
Please refer to Screen shot attached and suggest me way to download or export issues globally from SonarQube.

SonarQube version used: Version v9.9.6 (build 92038)

Your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTA (long-term active version) at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:

9.9.6 → 2025.1
