# Unable to add an user to Sonar cloud Organization

Hi,

I’m trying to add an user to our Sonar Cloud organization. The search for the user either by username or name came back empty. I did check his SonarCloud user profile and I did used the correct username and name for the search.

Any help in figuring out why I’m not able to add him to the organization?

Can you share the username you’re trying to add? Is it possible they’re already added to your organization?

I was looking for the name and didn’t realized there was a `show more` at the bottom.
