Unable to access SonarCloud via SSO MFA verification preventing login

At the moment, I am unable to access SonarCloud via SSO login. While I was previously able to sign in without any problems, SonarCloud has recently introduced an email verification requirement. Since my user account does not have an email address linked to it, I am unable to complete the verification process and, as a result, cannot log in.

  • Use of Azure AD
  • CI system used Azure DevOps

I have a similar issue. I have an email associated with my account - but my email is never receiving the verification email.

I have been in contact with support - but I’m still waiting on a resolution for this problem.

It’s a huge blocker for my organization and very frustrating.

We have introduced email verification for Azure AD login to strengthen the security of the user accounts. I would recommend you to assign a mailbox to the account or change the email address in Azure portal to a valid one which has access to mailbox.
