I am an owner of our organization and authenticate using my GitHub account. I am logged in.
When I try to go to Administration - Organization binding, I get the “You are not authenticated. Please log in and try again.” prompt. If I do login after getting this prompt I get “The component cannot be loaded. Try again later.”
Maybe correlated, I also noted that we were automatically kicked off GitHub account sync, (Members - Configure Synchronization) as it was suddenly set to manual. But there weren’t any problems re-selecting that and users are added now as before.
Any idea why I cannot go to Organization binding page?
I received this message one time when I did a soft refresh of the page, but after doing a hard refresh I’m no longer receiving this.
Can you give this a try, or use a different browser?
If it’s still not working, I suggest you open your browser dev tools and see if there’s a specific API call that is failing. For example, when I click on Organization Binding, I get a 200 for show_bound_organization.
I can reproduce this in both a Chrome Incognito window and using Edge.
Pretty hard getting a good error message as it seems to be a preloaded tab that redirects to the login page automatically.
It’s not a major issue right now, we are not bonding to another repository right now, but felt it strange. Maybe we can update the GitHub credentials to force a rebinding if needed.
