Last year, more than 1,100 of you told us what AI coding actually looked like day to day. Your answers surfaced findings that shaped an industry conversation: 42% of committed code was AI-generated, only 48% of developers always verified AI output before committing, and reviewing AI code often took more effort than reviewing a colleague’s.
Agents have significantly changed the shape of the work since our last survey. More code arrives per pull request, more of it arrives at once, and the review step is under pressure it wasn’t designed for. We want the ground truth from the people living it, and we need your expert opinions. You’ll also be among the first to see the report when it’s published!
