It looks like you’re analyzing a .NET project here. Does it contain at least one *.csproj or *.vbproj file? Because the error is that the scanner was unable to collect the required information about your projects.
We do support automatic analysis for .NET but it’s not appropriate for all projects. You may need to set up CI-based analysis for this one.

In this case, I am trying to delete all contents of the folder, and it’s preventing me.

I’m a bit confused. You’re saying that analysis worked until you deleted the contents of a directory (but left the directory in place? empty?) and then it failed?
