Issue:
Whenever we commit a code and create a PR, SC fails the PR, mostly saying duplication issue but if we resubmit the PR, then SC passes the PR.

PR commit- SC fails the first time
When we resubmit the same PR - SC approves
We do not merge a PR till it is approved by SC but SC fails each PR the first time for no relevant reason

To be clear, you’re saying that the Quality Gate fails because duplications are too high?
Can you share your analysis logs, and a screenshot of the Quality Gate failure?
The analysis / scanner log is what’s output from the analysis command. Hopefully, the log you provide - redacted as necessary - will include that command as well.
