We are also seeing this issue - automatic analysis work for github PRs has also been seeing stalls since yesterday- ive submitted a help request and no response. I see no notification on sonarcloud status page either at this time.

We are actively addressing this issue.  
Once a solution is implemented, I’ll promptly update here.
