Using sonarqube community version and running as a container .
Suddenly when accessing via browser its asking to upgrade .
Tried the steps mentioned in upgrade document but still not able to access the browser
NOTE : We migrated sonarqube data from one machine to another .

It looks like you did a version upgrade during the move. The upgrade guide includes this as one of the steps:
- Browse to
http://yourSonarQubeServerURL/setup and follow the setup instructions
