Sonarqube Upgrade 9.9 LTS error

When trying to Start sonar service for 9.9 LTS it is throwing 502 error and service is getting stopped

What do the logs say?

HTTP connector enabled on port 9000 : Hard stopping process

Did it say anything before that?

What is the Java version that you are using? The application’s version (9.9 LTS) requires at least JDK version 17 to run it.
