SonarQube SQL time out error

Hi Team,

We recently changed the Sonarqube server model. After 6 hours, we received below the error and struck all queries. Can you give me some details on why this error occurred?

For somebody to help you, you would need to provide specific details: the version of SonarQube you are using, your cloud provider, your database provider, the exact error message you’re encountering, the impact on your application… what you’ve provided isn’t enough.

Sonarqube version : * Enterprise Edition

  • Version 9.9.1 (build 69595)
    Sonarqube Database provider : Microsoft and model of Database (MS SQL 2016 SP3)

no business is affected. This issue causes a delay in application development

I want to know what that query is? Which is related to sonarqube query or sonarqube database query? if which is not related to sonarqube I will check with Microsoft for db related queries

There’s not really enough information in what you’ve shared to determine where the query is coming from, however it doesn’t look like it’s coming from SonarQube.
