Sonar Server has stopped working suddenly from yesterday and not sure I am not able to start it . I am attaching the logs for the reference. Please do the needful by letting us know the results.

You have this error is ce.log :
Error querying database. Cause: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: “Unexpected rethrowing”.
The sounds like the SSL handshake between SonarQube and the SQL server database.
If you did not change anything chances are your SSL certificate expired.
