SonarQube separate ELASTIC Search on Enteprise Edition

We will be using SonarQube 8.4 on AWS ( Enteprise edition ) currently we have not defined any separate EC2 instance for elastic search volume. Can you please provide some insight if that can be achieved in Enteprise edition and if yes how ?
