We are trying to run sonarqube scan along with other stages in parallel to decrease the amount of time for the build in Jenkins and we face concurrency issues. Jenkins job fails with error “Caused: java.io.NotSerializableException: sun.nio.fs.UnixPath”. This error pops out in other stage (not in sonarqube). If sonar scan stage is added to list of already existing jobs then we have the issue.
We did not face the issue earlier when sonarqube was running standalone.
To avoid the issue we have to lock the stage which is failing.
Could you please let us know why we face the error? Are the processes/files running as part of the sonar scan stage not properly closed?
Using locks will again increase the build time. So we want a different solution and make sonarqube work together with other stages parallelly.
