SonarQube Roslyn SDK can't create plugin for NetAnalyzer

I am trying to create the plugin for Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.NetAnalyzers using SonarQube Roslyn SDK.
I run
RoslynSonarQubePluginGenerator.exe /a:Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.NetAnalyzers and it gives the error below. Please help.
