# SonarQube quality profiles/vulnerability updates?

- which versions are you using (SonarQube, Scanner, Plugin, and any relevant extension)  
SonarQube - Community Edition - Version 9.9 (build 65466)
- how is SonarQube deployed: zip, Docker, Helm  
Docker
- what are you trying to achieve  
To get info is it possible to update quality profiles without updating the version, as we are using LTS version with SonarQube.
- what have you tried so far to achieve this  
Tried to find info about the updates, but it seems to be update with “major” updates.

Hey there.

It is not – new language features are only available with new versions of SonarQube.
