While I can’t add anymore information because company rules and regulations. And we are getting behind the scenes help from Sonar Support. I wanted to reach out to the community and see if this has also happen to any of you and how you went about solving your problem.
We are currently upgrading from SonarQube 8.9 LTS to SonarQube 9.9 LTS. Our dev instance was fine upgraded with no problems but because prod is prod we are having problems. We are experiencing project data reload and project analysis problems. Now while the majority of our projects are getting indexed we still have over 300 projects not doing so. This leads to projects appearing grayed out and other functionality not being available.
We have checked our logs and we are getting two things it looks like.

Has this happen to any of you? And if so how did you go about solving it? I do realize that your solution(s) might not work for us but it would be interesting to know.
