ich hab 2 wochen zeit verschwindet und jetzt das
weswegen ging die Instalationsprozess jedesmal schief ?

In deinem ersten Screenshot hast du doch eine MSSQL installation gepostet oder?
es tut mir leid das du dadurch so frustriert bist, aber vielleicht würde es helfen wenn du dir ganz in ruhe unsere Requirements (auch für 7.9 verfügbar) durchliest. Da steht ziemlich genau drin was Sonarqube zum arbeiten braucht und auch unser installations guide sagt dir eigentlich alles was du für eine minimalinstallation brauchst.
Wenn du ein Problem mit der englischen Sprache hast, kann ich dir anbieten alles was ich schreibe ins deutsche zu übersetzen

I’m sorry that you feel frustrated with the installation procedure so maybe it would help to have a look at the SQ Requirements (also available for 7.9) as they are pretty explicit of what is supported and what is not. Apart from that there is a installation guide that will tell you anything you need to configure in order to have a minimal installation.
If you have problems with the english language i can try to translate everything to german
