SonarQube Developer Runtime Issue

I have installed SonarQube Developer Edition ver 8.4.1.35646, also Java 11.0.8, everything installed in Windows 10.
Issue: when I run StartSonar.bat it starts then it hangs showing these two last lines in command window:

jvm 1 | 2020.07.31 15:41:07 INFO app[o.s.a.SchedulerImpl] Process[ce] is up
jvm 1 | 2020.07.31 15:41:07 INFO app[o.s.a.SchedulerImpl] SonarQube is up

Sounds like SonarQube is starting up fine! If you want SonarQube to run in the background, you’ll want to install it as a service (the executables to install/start SonarQube as a service are in the same directory as StartSonar.bat.
