We are using SonarQube Developer Edition version 7.7.
We upgraded our GitHub Ent. to version 3.2.12. After the upgrade we started seeing this following error message
“Pull request decoration did not happen, please install SonarQube Github application on the repository’s application or user.”

Your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:
7.7 → 7.9.6 → 8.9.8 → 9.4 (last step optional)
