SonarQube- Add new project from gitlab failed

  • SonarQube Community Edition Version 10.1 (build 73491)
  • GitLab Community Edition v16.1.1
  • OS: Ubuntu Server using ZIP

We want to add new a project (any type of programming languages like: C#, Java, etc).
In choosing baseline for new code with every option, we cant add project with the same message:

GitLab Merge Request did not happen, please check your configuration.

Please help me to resolve this issue!
