As per release notes I know SQ9.9 requires PGSQL 10< but I want to know if anyone has SQ9.9 working with PGSQL 10 if yes can you please guide what can be done.

Hey there.
Postgres 10 is not just unsupported by SonarQube v9.9, but also unsupported by Postgres (it reached EOL at the end of 2022). For operational and security reasons, it’s really important that you upgrade.
