SonarQube 8.9 LDAP

Hello All,

We’ve recently installed SonarQube 8.9 Community version in our environment with LDAP authentication. I’ve added the AD Group to the the Default Template permissions however for some odd reason some members of the AD group can login while others cannot. For the users that cannot login I’ve validated they are part of the AD group membership. Is there any limitation for the “Community” versions?

Kicking your log level (Global Administration > System > Log Level) and monitoring the web.log file will give you more details about why some users can’t login. There’s no restrictions in the Community Edition about who can login or how many users.
