SonarCube for IDE does not scan JS/TS files in Intelij/VSCode

• Operating system: Ubuntu 20
• SonarQube for IntelliJ plugin version: 12.4.0.84870
• IntelliJ version: 2025.3.3
• Programming language you’re coding in: Typescript (Angular)
• Is connected mode used:
  • SonarQube Server

And a thorough description of the problem / question:

Scanning HTML/CSS works properly, but the problem is with TS/JS files. SonarCube Server reports TS issues correctly, but IDE plugin does not. My plugin in connected with SonarCube Server.

Hey @folt3k, welcome to the Community! A few tips to start troubleshooting:

• In Settings > Tools > SonarQube for IDE, have you configured the Node path?
• Is your Node version one of the supported ones?
• Do you see any errors in SonarQube for IDE’s logs? Could you capture verbose logs while trying to analyze a TS file?
