Sonarcloud.io - cannot get scan to complete

Hi,

I’ve signed up for the 14 day trial of Sonarcloud.io team plan and connected github and selected my repo (private) and the system began its scanning and said to check back in a few minutes. 4 days later it had not completed anything. I deleted the project and again connected to github and selected my repo (Private repo) and it began to scan and said to check back in a few minutes. It has been a few hours and it is still working.

Would anyone have any idea what is going on? Why can sonarqube not scan a React+Vite repo in a few minutes?

Hey there.

GitHub is having an incident that we know if affecting Automatic Analysis. Once that is resolved, I suggest we see if you’re still having issues.

It looks like Webhooks have recovered – could you try deleting your project and kicking off a new analysis?

I’ve deleted and re-added it as you recommended - will let you know.

Well, it is working. I had to go through the documentation again and make sure everything was set correctly. I’m using github actions and there was a note about “disable automation when using github actions”, and the sonar token seemed to keep changing everytime I checked it, but it is finding issues and all so I’m on my way now.
