Sonarcloud doesn't count code since SonarScanner upgrade

Hi Gregory,

Thanks for your help.
I tested triggering the job in the PR, with the parameters:

/d:sonar.branch.name=${GITHUB_BASE_REF}
/d:sonar.scm.disabled=true
/d:sonar.sensor.cache.enable=false

And the few tests I done it works.
I will merge the change and let it work for more time. I’ll keep you updated.
