The TeamCity SonarQube Plugin might help you (i’m not sure if it supports SonarCloud) – but otherwise there’s the With other CI Tools path of the configuration tutorial when you create a new project or switch Administration > Analysis Method)

This plugin isn’t maintained by Sonar.

Since we are paying for a License SonarCloud our interest is to find a solution within this product.
