Sonar - No rules - Profiles - Manage dashboard errors

Hi Team,

We are using the sonarqube v5.6.6. We having Dev instance for testing purpose. When we restart our dev there is no rules, quality profile found. We tried to restore the prod db backup to dev. Still no luck.

We also see manage dashboard option no working in PROD.
Error: " We’re sorry, but something went wrong.

  1. Sounds like your extensions got wiped from $SONARQUBE_HOME/extensions/plugins.
  2. SonarQube v5.6 is aggressively end-of-life, so you won’t find much help for it here. You should plan an upgrade to v6.7 and then v7.9!

Yes that helps.

Do you have any idea about manage dashboard option not working and throws an error “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.”

Sorry, I don’t. You might be able to check the sonar.log file in your logs folder
