Sonar assumed that 43k lines of code were removed

Hello. I’m using SonarCloud with Azure DevOps and a few days ago, it assumed that 43k rows were removed, having the values ​​of errors, duplications,… drastically changed. The pipelines have not been changed, and no lines of code have been removed. Can you please help me understand these changes?

Another strange issue is that in VB code, most errors are not detected by sonar. Errors like “not XX is null” as indicated in your documentation. Can you help me fix that, please?

  • One of the best troubleshooting steps you can take is to compare the analysis logs from before the files stopped being analyzed, and now. Are fewer files being indexed? Any other noticeable changes (warnings, errors)?
