Skip Sonar analysis on dependabots PR

This is a suggestion to skip sonar analysis on dependabots pull requests. I have GitHub projects that run on automatic analysis. Example : Bump commons-io:commons-io from 2.21.0 to 2.22.0 by dependabot[bot] · Pull Request #185 · nbauma109/transformer-api · GitHub

Hi Nicolas,

I think this is going to be on the pipeline configuration side.

This is a reasonable thing to want, but when you invoke analysis… we analyze.
