We’re using azure devops pipelines to do scanning of pull requests. Yesterday everything was working fine, but today the scan completes, reports the quality gate as having failed, but when I click on the link to view it in sonarcloud it’s just a blank screen. If I look at the list of pull requests in sonar, the last one listed was yesterday, this new one doesn’t show up. I’ve repeated the pipeline several times and it just doesn’t show.
The last attempt was an hour and a half ago, the log output reads:
15:09:19.769 INFO ANALYSIS SUCCESSFUL, you can find the results at: SonarQube Cloud
Both the scan and the publish quality gate pipeline tasks succeeded, but the details just don’t show on the website.

When a scan completes, an analysis ID is logged to the scanner logs.
04:29:20.455 INFO: ANALYSIS SUCCESSFUL...
...
04:29:20.455 INFO: More about the report processing at [host]/api/ce/task?id=[id]
Check your Azure DevOps pipeline log – did the scanner log the analysis task ID? If so, please include the analysis task ID in your reply.
We are seeing the same thing - PR analysis is completing successfully, we get pass/fail response to DevOps, comments are added for issues, under background tasks for the project we can see the Success for the processing, but no report appears under Pull Requests and the link from the PR in DevOps just goes to a blank page.
Greetings, same here. I have a GitHub PR with a Sonar check that marks some failures, but when trying to redirect to the portal for that specific branch/PR, neither of them exist for Sonar. This happens for both successful and failed checks
We are seeing same thing. Here is the id to help with analysis AaDUZj1PjVid-PL-jDNe. We are missing about 7 PRs. GitHub comments are coming through but when you try to go to web ui it defaults back to main and “branch or pull request could not be found” and the pr doesn’t show up in the pr list sonarqube side.
We have the same issues. We have 3 missing PRs. The analysis seems to complete in Github but it says that I don’t have enough coverage. When I click on the coverage report, it just shows me the entire app coverage, not the one from the PR. While debugging this, I realized that my last 3 PRs are absent from Sonarcloud
Problem
Since Sept 24, 2026, pull request analyses complete successfully but the pull requests
never show up in the project:
The two PRs analyzed on Sept 24 are missing from Project > Pull Requests.
Opening summary/new_code?id=<project>&pullRequest=<n> for these PRs renders a blank page.
The issues link in the PR decoration comment silently falls back to the main branch,
so main branch issues are shown instead of the PR ones.
What works
The scanner auto-detects the PR (Pull request N for merge into main from <branch>),
resolves the merge base and reports QUALITY GATE STATUS: PASSED.
GitHub PR decoration (check + comment) is posted.
All related background tasks end in SUCCESS.
api/ce/task?id=<task> returns status SUCCESS with the expected pullRequest value,
and warningCount: 1 with an empty warnings array.
Warning shown in Background Tasks UI:
What changed
Nothing on our side: no change to the workflow or sonar-project.properties since the last
PRs that are correctly listed (Sept 23). The main branch analysis of Sept 24 also succeeded.
Question
Can you check why these successful PR analyses are not attached to / listed in the project,
and whether the hidden task warning is related? I can share the organization, project key,
task IDs and analysis ID in a private message.
Got an issue where the UI for one project is now showing a particular branch / pull request.
I can see in the PR itself that everything is working, and the repository binding even generates links for the reported issues, but when following them, it defaults to the develop branch and throws an error about filters.
We have deployed a fix for an issue that caused some pull request analysis results to be missing from SonarQube Cloud, even when the analysis completed successfully.
For pull requests affected before the fix was deployed, please push a new commit or rerun the pull request analysis to regenerate the result in SonarQube Cloud. New analyses are processing as expected.
