Hi @Divin,

Can you give us a bit more details so we can help you?
For example, the version of SonarQube you have installed and the edition you run internally, the SCM you use in your toolchain ([Azure DevOps](https://community.sonarsource.com/t/how-to-block-the-merge-of-pull-requests-when-sonarqube-quality-gate-is-failed-with-azure-devops/19499), [BitBucket Server](https://community.sonarsource.com/t/how-to-block-your-pr-merge-in-sonarqube-with-bitbucket-server/18559), [Gitlab](https://community.sonarsource.com/t/how-to-block-the-merge-of-merge-requests-when-sonarqube-quality-gate-is-failed-with-gitlab/19530), [GitHub](https://community.sonarsource.com/t/how-to-block-the-merge-of-pull-requests-when-sonarqube-quality-gate-is-failed-with-github/19516)…)?
Do you use branches? and PR?
Branches and PR analysis are available starting in [Developer Edition](https://www.sonarsource.com/plans-and-pricing/developer/). You can then block _merge_ based on the status of the PR.

Thanks,
Carine
