Rebind/recreate Organisation From Azure DevOps to GitLab

Hello,

We currently have an organisation bound to Azure DevOps, and we use ADO to log in. It has a current subscription.

We’ve recently migrated our code from ADO to GitLab, and are trying to use the new repo with SonarQube Cloud. Has anyone else done this?

The documentation is quite firm that rebinding isn’t possible, and we know we might have to lose our history, but is there any way to rebind or recreate the organisation without getting a new subscription?

Any help is appreciated!

Edit: I’ve got our current coupon code in an email, does anyone know if I can use that same code again with a new organisation, assuming I’ve deleted the current one?

If you have a yearly subscription for your current organization, you can contact your sales representative to have a new coupon issued for your new organization. If you’re not sure who to reach out to, get in touch via the contact form.

You will not be able to use the same coupon code twice.
