I think in general there is a problem with the number which are floats.
As in example 2,856 is greeter than 3

@sirdawidd is this a localisation issue i.e. is your server/browser using a locale that uses a dot as the decimal separator rather than a comma?
As far as I am aware the number of duplicated lines is always a whole number, so your screen shot is saying there are nearly 3000 duplicated lines.
