Pull request decorations in the BitBucket cloud “successful” but not showing up

Hello.
We recently moved to BB cloud. The sonar version(8.9.7.52159)
Pretty often, we faced an issue in that the pull requests were decorated but not showing up in the BB cloud.

What should we check?

Hey there.

Have you followed all the steps for Bitbucket Cloud Integration?

(The Compute Engine logs only indicate that this step was successful in… starting, even if it didn’t do anything, so I wouldn’t rely on these logs)
