Problems login with old email on GH account

Hello Community!

I am trying to login into sonarcloud.io but I am having problems. Over the past years, I joined sonar for a previous company, which i am no longer on it. Now, I am working for a different company and doing some work for OSS projects (debezium).

When i try to login i see a message stating that i need my previous company email verified on my GH account.

Is there a way of deleting/removing this blockage and refresh the account status.

Questions I have seen so far:

  • The company email address is no longer my primary email address.
  • I am trying to connect to Sonar, not GitHub.

Hello @AlvarVG,

I’ve sent you a DM requesting further information. The resolution in this case would be to remove your old SonarQube login associated with your old email address from your previous company so you can create a new login.
