Prevent Issue Reassignment / Reassignment Log?

Hi, I’m trying to know if is it possible to prevent users from reassigning issues? I do not find any permission settings that is capable of doing so. I would like users to be able to “browse” projects but unable to reassign issues. I do know deleting the project and execute another scan is a workaround but I’m wondering if there’s a more elegant way to do this, or perhaps a settings somewhere I could toggle.

If that’s not possible I’m also wondering if there’s a log recording which user assigned the issue to which user? That would be great.

Hi,

Folks who have ‘Browse’ are going to have the ability to reassign. But on the bright side, you can look at an issue’s changelog to see who made what changes when. E.G.
