PR scans quality gate fails on old code

  • Languages of the repository : C#, js, HTML

  • Error observed
    Pull request scans fails quality gate on old code in same files,
    for ex: remove commented out code, quality fails with 8 more bugs which has nothing to do the commit on feature branch or the PR.
