PR Analysis Showing Major/Critical Issues but Non-Visible on Click

I’m using SonarQube Server – Developer Edition v2025.1.1 (build 104738) deployed on Docker.

I’m facing an issue where PR analysis shows major and critical issues, but when I click on those issue counts, no issues are actually listed in the report.

This behavior happens intermittently — for some PRs the analysis works correctly, but for others, it fails in this manner.

I’ve already tried:

  • Re-running the scanner multiple times

  • Checking the PR configuration and analysis parameters

However, the issue still persists.

Could anyone please suggest how I can achieve consistent and proper PR analysis and help identify why the issue counts are showing without any visible issues?
