Permissions of sonar.sh invalid in 26.9.X zip file

The unix executive permissions of sonar.sh are not correct in the latests CE version of Sonarqube (sonarqube-26.9.0.129388.zip)

$ zipinfo -l sonarqube-26.9*.zip | grep ‘bin/linux-x86-64/sonar.sh$’
-rw---- 2.0 fat 7225 b- 2322 defN 26-Sep-02 09:41 sonarqube-26.9.0.129388/bin/linux-x86-64/sonar.sh

They are correct in prior versions (e.g. 26.1)
$ zipinfo -l sonarqube-26.1*.zip | grep ‘bin/linux-x86-64/sonar.sh$’
-rwxr-xr-x 2.0 unx 7199 b- 2309 defN 26-Jan-06 13:11 sonarqube-26.1.0.118079/bin/linux-x86-64/sonar.sh

This results in the following error on startup:
sudo: /opt/sonarqube/bin/linux-x86-64/sonar.sh: command not found

It looks like the latest build is for FAT file system (Windows) rather than unix

This is the page from which the 26.9 zip file was downloaded (there is no option to choose unix vs windows)

While it is straightforward to set this file to executable, that is likely risky as there could be other files which are also not executable and could cause Sonarqube to start but then fail partway through migration. For that reason we’ll stay on 26.1 until the issue is resolved in a subsequent release

Hey @SteveRC, this is actually a known issue and we have a fix ready, targeting the next release of SonarQube Community Build. Thanks for reporting it anyway!
