Outdated links oto metrics definitons on "Deploying to the market place"

On https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/DEV/Deploying+to+the+Marketplace (dated Apr 01, 2019) the links to the description of NCLOC and NCLOC_DATA metrics lead to 404.
