Hello SonarSource team,
I’m requesting admin recovery on a SonarCloud organization that has no remaining admin members.
Organization key: karta-holding
Bound GitHub org: Wouri · GitHub
Plan: Team (paid)
My SonarCloud login: marwenbk-5hVke@github
(email: marwanbk2000@gmail.com, GitHub username: marwenbk)
Second SonarCloud login I also control:
marwenkarta-QU3UO@github (GitHub username: marwenkarta)
Evidence the org is orphaned:
- The “Admin” filter on Members returns 0 results
- GET /api/organizations/search?member=true returns
actions.admin: false and actions.delete: false for both my accounts - /organizations/karta-holding/groups returns “not authorized”
- Both my accounts are in the “Members” group only, with empty global permissions
I am an Owner of the linked GitHub org Karta-holding and can verify this
via any method you prefer (verification repo, TXT record, screenshot of
the GitHub People page with the Owner badge, etc.).
Could you please grant the “Administer Organization” permission to my
login marwenbk-5hVke@github so I can manage and clean up projects?
